Step 5. Guide the new person to meet key ministry leaders.

Step 6. Explore ministry possibilities.

Step 7. Encourage and follow up a few times.

Step 8. Keep your new friend.

Step 9. Encourage the new person to take on the Discipleship Challenge in the next five months.
